Shipping times depend on your location and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Standard shipping: US and Colombia typically takes 5-7 business days.
2 Shipping costs:
We offer free standard shipping to US and Colombia.
3. Order processing:
Orders are processed during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
4. Tracking your order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your order through the carrier's website.

If there are any issues with your order during shipping (such as damaged or missing items), please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you.
Return and refund policy
At Perlana Skin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy will guide you through the process.
1. Return Eligibility:
• United States: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery to receive 100% store credit.
• Outside the US: Returns are accepted within 2 days from the date of delivery to receive 100% store credit.
2. How to Initiate a Return:

• Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.
3. Store Credit:
• Returns made within the eligible timeframe will receive 100% store credit.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Perlana Skin is not responsible for lost returns.
